Cod, Pacific
Potatoes, white, flesh and skin
Broccoli
Beans, Green French Style
Creme Fraiche
Preparation
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 200 C (392 F).
  2. Peel the potatoes and cut into small chunks.
Cooking
  1. Boil some water in two separate saucepans. Add the potatoes to one saucepan and boil for 25 minutes. Add the broccoli and green beans to the other saucepan and boil for 20 minutes.
  2. Season the cod with a little salt and pepper, then wrap in foil and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
  3. To make the mashed potato, drain the potatoes from the water, add the creme fraiche and a pinch of salt and pepper, then mash the potatoes.
  4. Drain broccoli and green beans, and serve on a plate alongside the cod and mashed potatoes.
