Almond Milk
Mango
Desiccated Coconut
Pineapple
Passion Fruit
Raspberries
Grapefruit
Coconut milk (liquid expressed from grated meat and water)
1. Add sliced banana, almond and coconut milk, diced mango and a teaspoon of desiccated coconut with some ice to a blender and blend to smooth. 

2. Put smoothie in bowl and add on top a handful of pineapple chunks, pulp of passion fruit, fresh raspberries, and grapefruit segments and rest of the desiccated coconut.
