Ingredients

Oats
Egg White(s)
Whey Protein Concentrate (80%)
Desiccated Coconut
Coconut milk (liquid expressed from grated meat and water)
Sweetener, Herbal Extract Powder from Stevia Leaf
1. Preheat the oven to 180 C and line a baking pan with non-stick paper

2. Blend all the ingredients together in a food processor and pour into the pan

3. Bake for 10-15 minutes

4. Allow to cool before cutting into bars or squares
