Ingredients

Oats
Milk (2% fat)
Desiccated Coconut
Pitted Dates
1. Add the oats and milk to a saucepan and stir whilst heating on the hob over a medium heat for about 5 minutes. Add water if necessary.

2. Chop up the dates and stir into the porridge along with 1 1/2 tbsp of the desiccated coconut.

3. Pour the porridge into a bowl and sprinkle over the remaining coconut.
