Greek Yogurt (whole milk) |
1. Finely shred the coconut. Place all the ingredients except the yoghurt in a small saucepan and cook gently over low heat for 5–6 minutes. Add as required drop of almond milk to stop the oatmeal getting too thick.
2. Place in bowl and add yogurt on top to serve.
