Ingredients

Plain Yogurt (low fat)
Hazelnuts
Almonds
seeds, pumpkin and squash seed kernels, dried
Dark Chocolate (80%)
1. Prepare the nuts by crumbling them in a small bowl. 

2. Transfer full-fat plain yogurt into a breakfast bowl. 

3. Add the mixed seeds and prepared crumbled nuts and mix thoroughly. 

4. Add grated dark chocolate on top and serve.
