Ingredients

Soy Protein Isolate
Almond Milk
Peanut butter, smooth style, without salt
Almonds
Oats
Dark Chocolate (60%)
1. Preheat the oven to 100 C (212 F)

2. Mix together the protein powder and almond milk, then add the peanut butter and mix until smooth

3. Add the oats and almonds and mix well

4. Chop the dark chocolate into small chunks and fold into the mixture

5. Form balls out of the mixture and place on a baking tray lined with non-stick paper

6. Bake in the oven for 5 minutes, then switch off the oven and leave for 2-3 minutes

7. Remove from the oven and allow to cool before consuming
