Ingredients

Pitted Dates
Oats
Peanut butter, smooth style, without salt
Whey Protein Concentrate (80%)
Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
Oranges
Egg White Powder
Desiccated Coconut
1. Finely grate the rind from the orange

2. Add the rind of the orange along with everything else except the coconut into a blender, then add the juice of half an orange and blend until everything comes together

3. Put the coconut into a small bowl, then put one spoonful of mixture into the coconut and tumble until well coated, repeat for the remaining mixture

4. Put the bites on a plate and place in the fridge for an hour
