Ingredients

Pitted Dates
Dark Chocolate (70%)
Desiccated Coconut
Coconut Oil

1. Warm the chocolate and coconut oil together in the microwave until soft. Stir briskly until smooth. Allow to cool for 1 minute. 

2. Line a tray or plate with non-stick paper. Dip each of the dates in the chocolate so they are completely coated in chocolate, then place on the non-stick paper. 

3. Sprinkle the desiccated coconut over the dates. 

4. Place in the fridge for two hours or more to allow the chocolate to harden.
