Macadamia Nuts
Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
Coconut milk (liquid expressed from grated meat and water)
Cinnamon
Coconut Oil
Baking Soda
Sour Cream
1. Break the eggs into a bowl and beat well. Add the ground macadamia nuts and mix thoroughly. 

2. Prepare batter by adding coconut milk, baking soda, cocoa powder and cinnamon mix thoroughly. 

3. Prepare a frying pan or similar with coconut oil and set to low heat. Cover the pan with the prepared batter. Cook for about 5 - 8 minutes so the consistency is firm. Turn the pancake over and cook for a minute. 

4. Take the pan off the heat. Cover the pancake with sour cream and a pinch of cinnamon.
