1. Pre-heat the oven to 200 C (392 F).
2. Peel the sweet potato and chop into small chunks.
3. Coat the cod in 1 tsp of olive oil, the chili powder and a pinch of salt and pepper. Wrap up in foil and place in the oven to bake for 20 minutes.

4. Boil some water in a medium size saucepan. Add the sweet potato chunks and boil for 25 minutes.
5. Boil some water in another saucepan and add the broccoli and green beans. Boil for 20 minutes, then drain.
6. Drain the sweet potatoes, add a pinch of salt and pepper, then mash using the back of a fork.
7. Serve the cod on a plate alongside the sweet potato mash and greens.
