Ingredients

Cod, Pacific
New Potatoes
Broccoli
Beans, Green French Style
Olive Oil
Chili Powder
1. Pre-heat the oven to 200 C (392 F).

2. Coat the cod in 1 tsp of olive oil, the chili powder and a pinch of salt and pepper. Wrap up in foil and place in the oven to bake for 20 minutes.

3. Boil some water in a medium size saucepan. Add the potatoes and boil for 25 minutes.

4. Boil some water in another saucepan and add the broccoli and green beans. Boil for 20 minutes, then drain.

5. Serve the cod on a plate alongside the potatoes and greens.
