Ingredients

Cod, Pacific
Broccoli
Beans, Green French Style
Olive Oil
Chili Powder
1. Pre-heat the oven to 200 C (392 F).

2. Coat the cod in 1 tsp of olive oil, the chili powder and a pinch of salt and pepper. Wrap up in foil and place in the oven to bake for 20 minutes.

3. Boil some water in a saucepan and add the broccoli and green beans. Boil for 20 minutes, then 
drain.

4. Serve the cod on a plate alongside the green beans and broccoli.
