Ingredients

Almonds, Sliced, Toasted
Radicchio
Chicken Breast
Salt
Prosciutto
Balsamic Vinegar

1.Preheat oven to 175 C (350 F)

2. Cut chicken into strips

3. Grease baking dish

4. Season chicken with a pinch of salt and place in baking dish. Lightly place the prosciutto and radicchio leaves on top of the chicken. Place in oven for 13-15 minutes until chicken is cooked. 

5. Serve with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar and a sprinkle of sliced almonds.
