Ingredients

Chicken Breast
New Potatoes
Broccoli
Beans, Green French Style
Olive Oil
1. Pre-heat the oven to 200 C (392 F)

2. Coat the chicken in the olive oil before wrapping in foil and placing in the oven to bake for 35 minutes.

3. Boil some water in a large saucepan. Then slightly lower the heat and add the potatoes, broccoli and green beans. Boil for 30 minutes.

4. Drain the potatoes, broccoli and green beans and serve on a plate alongside the chicken.
