Ingredients

Chicken Breast
New Potatoes
Broccoli
Beans, Green French Style
Olive Oil
1. Pre-heat the oven to 200 C (392 F)

2. Coat the chicken in the olive oil before wrapping in foil and placing in the oven to bake for 35 minutes.

3. Boil some water in two large saucepans. Then slightly lower the heat, add the potatoes to one saucepan and boil for 30 minutes. Add the broccoli and green beans to the other saucepan and boil for 20 minutes.

4. Drain the potatoes, broccoli and green beans and serve on a plate alongside the chicken.
