Ingredients

Olive Oil
Onion
Chopped Tomatoes (canned)
Italian Seasoning
Salt
Black Pepper
Green Beans (snap beans)
Chicken Breast
Bay Leaf
1. Preheat oven to 180 C (356 F)

2. Chop onion.

3. Cut the green bean into 1" pieces.

4. Steam or cook green beans in a small amount of water until tender but crisp.  Drain and set aside.

5. Heat oil in a frying pan and cook chicken over medium heat.  Add the onion and sauté until tender. Add tomatoes, bay leaf, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

6. Add the cooked green beans, and cook for a further 5 minutes.  Remove bay leaf.

7. Serve in a bowl.
