Ingredients

Chicken Wing
Pineapple
Red Bell Pepper (capsicum)
Onion
Olive Oil
Chili Powder
Ground Cumin
Garlic Powder
Ground Cinnamon
Method:
  1. Combine the chicken wings with the spices (but only 1/2 of the chili powder), a pinch of salt and pepper and 1 tbsp of olive oil, mix well and marinate for 15 minutes
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 C (392 F) and line a baking tray with foil
  3. Place the wings onto the baking tray and disperse the pineapple, peppers and onions among the wings, drizzle with 1 tbsp of olive oil and bake for 20 minutes
  4. Remove from the oven and turn the wings and apply the remaining chili powder and a pinch of salt and pepper, return to the oven and bake for a further 15 minutes
