Ingredients

Chicken Wing
Pineapple
Red Bell Pepper (capsicum)
Onion
Olive Oil
Chili Powder
Ground Cumin
Garlic Powder
Ground Cinnamon
1. Combine the chicken wings with the spices (but only 1/2 of the chili powder), a pinch of salt and pepper and olive oil, mix well and marinate for 15 minutes

2. Preheat the oven to 200 C and line a baking tray with foil

3. Place the wings onto the baking tray and disperse the pineapple, peppers and onions among the wings, bake for 20 minutes

4. Remove from the oven and turn the wings and apply the remaining chili powder and a pinch of salt and pepper, return to the oven and bake for a further 15 minutes
