Ingredients

Chicken Breast
Broccoli
Pineapple
Soy Sauce
Brown Rice (long-grain)
Olive Oil
1. Cook the brown rice as per packet instructions

2. Heat a wok over a medium heat and then add the olive oil

3. Add the broccoli and cook for 5 minutes

4. Slice the chicken, then add to the pan to fry for 2 minutes

5. Add the pineapple and soy sauce and cook for 2 minutes

6. Add the cooked rice and mix everything together
