Ingredients

Chicken Breast
Olive Oil
Chicken Stock
Cabbage
Green Bell Pepper (capsicum)
Teriyaki Sauce
Peanuts, without salt
Onion
1. Chop chicken into cubes.

2. Shred cabbage.

3. Slice onion and green pepper.

4. Chop peanuts.

5. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high, add the chicken, chicken stock and vegetables and sauté until tender.  Add the teriyaki sauce and peanuts and continue to sauté for 1-2 minutes.

6. Serve in a bowl.
