Ingredients

Garlic
Onion
Chicken Thigh
Chopped Tomatoes (canned)
Chicken Stock
Pasta Shells
Whole Grain Bread
Parmesan Cheese
Basil Leaves
1.     Cook chopped garlic and finely chopped onion to saucepan prepared with heated oil using medium heat for 3-4 minutes.

2.     Add chopped chicken to the saucepan and cook for 5-7 minutes.

3.     Add chopped tomatoes, chicken stock, and a cup of water and the small pasta. Now take the saucepan to the boil.

4.     Decrease heat and allow to simmer for 10 minutes.

5.     Transfer to bowl, add grated parmesan and basil to taste and serve with wholegrain bread if required.
