Ingredients

Splenda
Ground Black Pepper
Salt
sesame seeds, whole, roasted or toasted
Soy Sauce made from soy and wheat (shoyu), low sodium
Chicken Breast
Oat Bran
1. Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.

2. In a large bowl, mix together oat bran, salt and pepper. Shake well.

3. Place chicken in a bowl of oat bran mixture and shake well. Make sure the chicken pieces is well coated with oat bran mixture.

4. Dry-fry chicken in a pan for at least 10 minutes. Transfer to a plate and keep warm.

5. To the same pan, combine splenda and soy sauce and cook for a few minutes.

6. Add toasted sesame seeds and chicken. Toss gently.
