1. Preheat grill.
2. Finely chop parsley.
3. Chop peppers into cubes.
4. Cut onion into quarters.
5. Halve tomatoes.
6 Cut chicken into 4 cubes.
7. Marinate chicken in 1 teaspoons of soy sauce for 15 minutes.
8. To make the peanut sauce, in a bowl combine 1/2 teaspoon of soy sauce, chili sauce, red pepper flakes, peanut butter, sesame oil and parsley until smooth.
9. Thread the chicken, bell peppers, tomatoes and onions onto a skewer and lightly oil.
10. Place near the top under the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes each side.
11. Serve skewer with a side of broccoli and sauce for dipping.
