Ingredients

Apple Cider Vinegar
Lemon Juice
Ground Black Pepper
Salt
Lime Juice
Chicken Thigh
Red Pepper Flakes (Chili Flakes)
Dried Oregano
Garlic
Paprika
Plain Greek Yogurt (non fat)
1. Chop the garlic.

2. Make the marinade by combining vinegar, lemon juice, lime juice, chili flakes, oregano, garlic and paprika in a bowl.

3. Add chicken thigh to the marinade. Marinade chicken for 4 hours or preferably overnight (optional).

4. Remove chicken thigh from the marinade. Season with a dash of salt and pepper.

5. Grill chicken thigh, until completely cooked.

6. Serve grilled chicken with fat-free yogurt.
