Ingredients

Chicken Breast
Apple Cider Vinegar
Soy Sauce (Low Sodium)
Red Bell Pepper (capsicum)
Onion
Pineapple
Olive Oil
Garlic Powder
Dried Basil
1. Cut the chicken into bite size piece and put into a bowl, pour the vinegar and soy sauce over and leave for 20 minutes

2. Cut the pepper, onion and pineapple into bite size cubes

3. Put the chicken, pepper, onion and pineapple onto the skewers

4. Mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, basil, and a pinch of salt and pepper, then brush over each skewer

5. Grill the skewers for 15-20 minutes
