Ingredients

Chicken Breast
Pasta Shells
Chicken Stock
Greek Yogurt (whole milk)
Carrot
Mushrooms
Parsley
Cumin Powder
Paprika
Garlic Powder
Olive Oil
1. Preheat the oven to 200 C (392 F)

2. Dice the carrots and mushrooms

3. Cut the chicken into bite sized cubes

4. Cook the pasta according to packet instructions

5. Heat a frying pan over a medium heat, then add olive oil and the chicken

6. Cook the chicken for 8-10 minutes

7. In a baking dish, add the chicken, pasta, yogurt, vegetables and seasoning and stir well to combine

8. Pour the chicken stock over the mixture and top with the fresh parsley

9. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes
