Ingredients

Chicken Breast
Cauliflower Florets
Broccoli florets
1. Pre-heat the oven to 200 C (392 F). Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then wrap in foil and cook for 30-40 minutes.

2. Boil some water in a saucepan, add the cauliflower and broccoli and boil for 20-25 minutes. Drain using a sieve.

3. Serve the chicken on a plate alongside the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
