Ingredients

Ground Chicken
Burger Bun
Sweet Potato
Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
Iceberg Lettuce
Garlic
Olive Oil
1. Preheat the oven to 220 C (428 F)

2. Cut the sweet potatoes into thin fingers

3. Put the potatoes into an oven proof dish and coat with the olive oil, garlic and a pinch of salt and pepper, then place in the oven to cook for 20-25 minutes

4. Season the chicken with a pinch of salt and pepper, then divide and place in two empty tuna cans and place in a steamer for 20 minutes

5. Garnish the hamburger buns with lettuce and tomato

6. Serve with the burgers inside the buns and the fries on the side
