Ingredients

Chicken Breast
Black Pepper
Coconut Oil
Apple(s)
Ground Cinnamon
Table Salt
1. Wash chicken breast and pat dry, remove any skins or bones. Dice chicken and season chicken lightly with salt and ground black pepper. Set aside.

2. Heat the coconut oil in a medium pan or skillet and cook diced chicken until it is no longer pink.

3. Grate apple into the chicken.

4. Add ground cinnamon

5. Cook until chicken is completely cooked and the apple is soft.
