1. Cut the cheese and ham into chunks, the onion and cucumber into thin slices, and the tomatoes into halves.
2. Lay the lettuce onto a plate and top with the cheese, ham, chickpeas, onion, tomatoes and cucumber.
3. Mix in the mayonnaise or drizzle over the top before serving.
