Ingredients

Chickpeas (garbanzo beans, bengal gram), canned, rinsed in tap water, drained | |

Mayonnaise (light) |
1. Cut the cheese into chunks, the onion and cucumber into thin slices, and the tomatoes into halves.
2. Lay the lettuce onto a plate and top with the cheese, chickpeas, onion, tomatoes and cucumber.
3. Mix in the mayonnaise or drizzle over the top before serving.
