Ingredients

Cauliflower
Mozzarella Cheese (part skim milk)
Egg(s)
Dried Oregano
Dried Basil
Garlic Powder
Pepperoni
Tomato products, canned, paste, with salt added
1. Boil the cauliflower, then let it cool and mash it

2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower with the egg and half of the mozzarella, and mix/mash it

3. Preheat the oven to 200 C (392 F) and line a baking tray with non-stick paper

4. Sprinkle the dough with oregano, basil and garlic powder, then pour onto the baking tray and press down to make a crust

5. Place the crust in the oven for 12 minutes, then remove and top with the tomato paste, cheese and pepperoni

6. Return to the oven and cook until the cheese has melted
