Ingredients

Oats
Soy Milk
Carrot
Ground Allspice
Orange Juice
Syrups, maple
Sultanas
Walnuts
1. Add the oats and milk to a medium saucepan and heat on the hob over a low-medium heat.

2. Stir in the allspice, carrot and maple syrup. After 2 minutes, stir in the orange juice and heat for a further 2 minutes.

3. Pour the porridge into a bowl and top with the sultanas and walnuts.
