Back Bacon
Egg(s)
Garlic
Salt
Ground Black Pepper
Parsley
Parmesan Cheese
Light Cream (coffee or table)
Wholegrain Penne Pasta
1. Cut bacon into strips

2. Whisk egg in a small bowl.

3. Cook pasta according to cooking instructions al dente. Drain and set aside

4 Meanwhile, heat a frying pan over medium heat and cook bacon until golden. Add garlic and parsley and continue to cook for 30 seconds.

5. Add the cooked pasta, cream, egg, a tablespoon of the cheese and salt and pepper to taste. Stir to combine and coat the pasta.

6. Serve immediately in a bowl and sprinkle remaining cheese over the pasta.
