Ingredients

Extra Firm Tofu
Cajun Seasoning
Mixed Salad Leaves
Olive Oil
1. Mix the tofu with cajun seasoning in a dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight if desired.

2. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.  Remove excess seasoning from tofu, add to the pan and cook for 4 minutes each side.

3. Serve the tofu on top of the mixed salad leaves.
