1. Preheat oven 175 °C (350F).
2. Slice pepper into strips.
3. Slice onion into rings.
4. Line a baking sheet with foil and rub with some olive oil
5. Drizzle olive oil over the peppers, onions and salmon, place vegetables at one end of baking sheet and place the salmon at the other end, sprinkle salmon with Cajun seasoning. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until salmon is flaky.
6. Meanwhile, steam or cook the broccoli in a small amount of water until tender but crisp. Remove and set aside.
7. Serve the vegetables on top of the salmon with the broccoli on the side.
