Cajun Seasoning |
1. Boil some water in a medium saucepan with a pinch of salt. Add the potatoes and boil for 30 minutes, then drain.
2. Meanwhile, pat the fish dry using paper towels. Coat both sides in the cajun spice.
3. Heat 1 tsp of oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Cook the fish for 5 minutes on each side.
4. Serve the potatoes and fish on a place alongside the lettuce, red onion and tomatoes.
