Ingredients

Cod, Pacific
Romaine Lettuce
Red Onion
Tomatoes, Red, Ripe

Cajun Seasoning
1. Pat the fish dry using paper towels. Coat both sides in the cajun spice.

2. Heat 1 tsp of oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Cook the fish for 5 minutes on each side. Allow to cool slightly, then break into chunks.

3. Combine the lettuce, onion, and tomatoes in a bowl, and drizzle with 1 tsp of olive oil. Add the fish on top.
