Cajun Seasoning |
1. Pat the fish dry using paper towels. Coat both sides in the cajun spice.
2. Heat 1 tsp of oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Cook the fish for 5 minutes on each side. Allow to cool slightly, then break into chunks.
3. To make the yogurt dressing, mix the yogurt with a little salt and black pepper.
4. Combine the lettuce, onion, and tomatoes in a bowl. Add the fish on top with a dollop of the yogurt dressing.
