Ham, Sliced Extra Lean
1. Mince garlic

2. Finely chop broccoli

3. Slice water chestnuts.

4. Peel and segment mandarin.

5. To make dressing in a medium bowl combine the garlic, mayonnaise, yogurt, vinegar, and agave nectar.

6. Add broccoli, water chestnuts, ham, mandarin segments, coat well with dressing and serve.
