1. Preheat the oven to 200 C (392 F) and line a baking tray with foil

2. Cook the egg whites to your liking in the microwave

3. Cut the sausage into thin slices

4. Working one at a times, transfer tortilla to a work service and place the eggs, sausage, tomatoes, avocado and cheese in the center of each wrap

5. Roll up the tortillas and place on the baking tray seam facing down

6. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes, then serve
