Ingredients

Ground Turkey (7% fat)
Egg White(s)
Red Bell Pepper (capsicum)
Cheddar Cheese
Parsley
1. Preheat the oven to 220 C (428 F)

2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and place into the oven for 10 minutes

3. Heat a non-stick pan over a medium heat, then add the ground turkey and egg whites and cook for 6-8 minutes

4. Add in the grated cheese and mix to combine

5. Equally stuff into the bell peppers and sprinkle the parsley over the top
