Ingredients

Flour Tortilla(s)
Egg(s)
Bacon (low sodium)
Cheddar Cheese
Butter (salted)
Plain Yogurt (low fat)
Salsa (mild)
1. Place the bacon between two pieces of paper towel and place in the microwave for 1 minute

2. Heat a skillet with 1 tsp of butter

3. Beat the egg in a bowl and season with salt and pepper

4. Cook in the skillet until they are done to your liking, then remove from the pan and set aside

5. Add another tsp of butter to the skillet

6. Put one tortilla in the skillet along with the egg, cheese and bacon

7. Place the other tortilla on top and cook until the cheese melts, then flip over and cook for one minute

8. Serve on a plate with the yogurt and salsa on top
