1. Heat the oil over a medium heat in a skillet

2. Add the sausages and cook until brown on all sides

3. Chop up carrot then add to the skillet with the sausages

4. Cover and cook for 15 minutes, mixing often

5. Meanwhile, cook the eggs to your liking in a separate pan

6. Serve the sausages and vegetables with the eggs on top
