Ingredients

Oats
Egg White(s)
Cinnamon
Blueberries
Baking Soda
Almond Flour
Almond Oil
Vanilla Extract
Whey Protein Concentrate (80%)
Sugars, granulated
1. Preheat the oven to 180 C (356 F)

2. Grind the oats into a flour

3. Add the rest of the ingredients in with the oats except for the blueberries and blend

4. Fold in the blueberries with a spoon

5. Spray a donut pan with non-stick spray and scoop the batter into the rings

6. Bake for 10 minutes
