Ingredients

Black beans (canned)
Yellow Bell Pepper (capsicum)
Cucumber
Red Onion
Avocado
Cumin Powder
Balsamic Vinegar
Lime Juice
Parsley
Dried Oregano
Salt
Black Pepper
Tabasco Sauce
Turkey Breast (Cooked)
Cheddar Cheese (reduced fat)
1. Rinse and drain black beans

2. Dice cucumber, pepper, onions and avocado.

3. Chop parsley

4.  In a serving bowl, combine all ingredients (except cheese). Add tabasco sauce and salt and pepper to taste. Toss well.

5. Sprinkle cheese over salad and serve
