Ingredients

Ground Beef (10% fat)
Turkey Sausage
Carrot
Cabbage
Garlic
Soy Sauce
Ginger
Green Onions/Spring Onions or Scallions (including tops and bulb)
1. In a deep skillet, brown the sausage and beef

2. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the garlic, soy sauce and ginger

3. Once the meat is cooked through, add the cabbage and carrot to the skillet and stir to combine

4. Pour over the soy sauce mixture and stir, continuing to cook over a medium heat for 5 minutes

5. Serve with the green onion sprinkled over the top
