- Cook orzo according to package directions. Drain.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat, add the peppers and stir-fry for 2 minutes, add the garlic powder and turmeric and cook until just starting to brown.
- Add the cooked orzo, BBQ sauce, tomato sauce, Italian seasoning and cheese to the peppers and continue to cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve in a bowl.
