Ingredients

Olive Oil
Red Bell Pepper (capsicum)
Garlic Powder
Ground Turmeric
Sauce, Tomato, Low Sodium
Italian Seasoning
Orzo
Barbecue Sauce
Parmesan Cheese
  1.   Cook orzo according to package directions. Drain. 
  2.   Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat, add the peppers and stir-fry for 2 minutes, add the garlic powder and turmeric and cook until just starting to brown. 
  3.   Add the cooked orzo, BBQ sauce, tomato sauce, Italian seasoning and cheese to the peppers and continue to cook for 2-3 minutes. 
  4.   Serve in a bowl.
