Ingredients

Soy Protein Isolate
Honey
Desiccated Coconut
Banana(s)
Olive Oil
Plain soy yogurt
1.     Preheat a sandwich grill or similar on a high heat and use cooking/olive oil

2.     While keeping the skin on cut the banana in half lengthways. Then spread honey over the cut side of each banana.

3.     Add the banana halves inside the sandwich grill for 3 - 4 minutes so that they are tender.

4.     At the same time mix together the yogurt and protein powder. (Use vanilla flavour if you prefer).

5.     Plate the banana then add the yogurt/protein powder mix on top and add small amount of desiccated coconut to taste.
